Pretty standard offer for level 4, RSU are on the more side. You can negotiate base till 150k otherwise solid offer.

140k base with 4 years of exp seems low. Especially if with a masters

Do they do options? Only received verbally so could have misheard it. Master+4 year experience. Switch to DS one year ago. Before was in consulting.
