I am a PMP certified project/program manger with over 13 yrs of experience. I also have an MBA degree. I have an upcoming onsite interview at Google for Technical Program Manager position. I wanted to know how best to prep for this interview, what type of question to expect. Also, what type to compensation package I should expect or ask for if I do get an offer. Thanks.
Out of curiosity, why not mention PMP?
PMPs have a bad reputation with most Google TPMs. They tend to either be more focused on creating artifacts than getting things done or they tend to be incompetent and fill roles on the team that aren't needed. That isn't universal of course, but it's the case more often than not.
Don't mention your PMP. Expect to have questions on general PM skills, how you work with others, and your technical domain. Comp depends highly on level.
