Glassdoor shows Distinguished Engineers / DMTS averaging $150k. Night and day from AT&T whose management level engineers have 4 levels: - Senior (1st level mgr) $120k cap - Principal (2nd level mgr) $160k cap - Lead (Director) $220k cap - Distinguished (VP) $280k cap
