What i’m interviewing for at FB? Tips?
Asked out by FB “leadership recruiter”, first date was in the fine restaurant in Palo Alto, I wish all recruiters start relationships like that. But because i didn’t apply to any specific position, I don’t really know what i’m interviewing for :-) and it’s kinda late already to ask. I supposedly aced phone screens, at least recruiter sounded like she’s on drugs (which could’ve meant that she’s just in drugs.) I have onsite coming up in a couple of weeks and it will consist of 5 interviews: ppl mgmt, proj mgmt, sys design, service ownership and coding. is this what you guys call M1? any tips you can share? should i be able to balance a tree on a whiteboard (i’d probably walk out of the room, lol)?

How was your interview? Would you like to share the expectations from Service ownership and say design?
Reminded me of solution engineer maybe in some management ladder. Anyway I expect tree traversals at least from coding interview. Or any other easy types from leetcode
