What to do when you get a interview call after accepting an offer ?

So I accepted an offer from a company A , a mid size company and I am In process of visa transfer. This offer isn't a dream offer, I had to accept it because of layoffs cloud at my current job . Now I got a call from one of FANG companies . What should I do ? Should I straight out tell the FANG recruiter I am going through visa transfer but can I still interview or just say I am interested Nd go through the interview process without telling them my current situation?

You don’t owe your new company anything. Your interview skills are at peak right now. be upfront with FANG recruiter about it and go for it.

You can still go to the interview. Don’t tell either party. Scenario 1: you go to the interview and fail. No harm done, just continue with your original company. Scenario 2, you get an offer. Just send a polite email to your original company decline their employment and take the fang offer. No need to tell either party about the other company.

You will 100% burn the bridge with the original company, it could negatively affect your ability to get a job with them in the future. But go for it, if that is what feels right

Completely agree. Will definitely burn bridge with original company. I am assuming you won’t care because you’ll be in fang.

The point here is do I need to tell fang Recuriter that I have this job offer right now or stay mum ? There could be a scenario where my visa transfer is done Nd I have to join my current offer company . Assume I go through and get selected to fang after also , what will I tell as to what my current job is ?

LMGTFY http://www.immi-usa.com/h1b-visa/h1b-visa-transfer/ (see FAQ) It doesn’t matter that the transfer is complete. My advise is to be upfront and honest with your potential new employer.
