What’s the normal hike on current base?
Got an offer from Facebook. E5. But I think I didn’t say clearly. The base hike is just under 10% of my current base. My current base is 172k. Do you think for E5 I could have still got 20% hike on base.

It's a low ball offer. People are here for the money. If you don't get much of a bump, not worth it to join. Better to go to salesforce or LinkedIn for a much better wlb.
But one of ur colleague says for E5 it’s betweeen 170-200. And u say offer is low. I had RSU and sign on given. But base I think could be easily 195
