Which groups take care of junior bankers?
Is there any generalization about which groups in general take care of junior employees? Or does this depend on company? Is it better to be in a competitive group for a better learning experience?

Goldman Sachs fires "the bottom" 15% of its analysts every year, who all work 80+ hour weeks. They definitely "take care of junior bankers."

Thanks, HR. I've read that this is true of Goldman's investment banking analysts, not necessarily of other positions. Care to elaborate on the Goldman IB analyst forced attrition policy?
The more prestigious the bank / subgroup, the better. Tech is best, followed by probably healthcare.
