Honestly, that's the only thing I look forward to in my day - getting back to my bed. Sitting on a ๐บ seems too darn uncomfortable. On my ๐๏ธ, I can lay in permutations of - arms folded, legs straight, legs folded, lie on back/stomach/either side, semi-lie on back, it's so fuckin comfortable. But it obviously affects my productivity and I get nothing done. How do I fix this?
I sense some lingering depression. Do you have enough energy or feel drained all the time? Get D and B levels checked.
Drained all the time. I have difficulty waking up in time and am sluggish all day. I do try to work out 2-3 times a week.
Could be vitamins and lack of sunlight. How often do you get sun exposure? Also do you get enough sleep.
LC and get into a job with high enough TC that you're perpetually in fear of getting PIP'ed. Won't have too many thoughts about getting back to bed then.
Splurge on a good chair
You simply get out of bed
Start working out. Start slow. Improve your diet. Spend more time with friends. Do the basics first. If those donโt help then seek a professional to talk to. Donโt let it continue
Your wife my bed
Most of these positions are extremely uncomfortable to me being on the lean side. Get a recliner or if you have money to burn one of those $7,000 Design Within Reach Eames chairs. Feels like sitting in a freaking cloud.
Use your bedroom only for sleeping. (And sex if you have that.) Spend the rest of your time in another living/office room with a comfortable desk and chair.
Unless you have the perfect bed, I find sex to be much better everywhere else. The sinking of the bed is a bit of a problem for leverage.
