The blind posts suggests Bob the Tool is living up to his name
Almost it’s the same old shit.
It’s the same but I have far less enthusiasm and faith for the company. I hope it changes.
Worst
More focus on media, less on tech.
Somethings are better, like a strong technology leader, but we are confused about a blank business strategy, distrust Aol leadership who are anything but transparent or authentic. Welost a good company, replaced with a mediocre one. Good people leaving since there is nothing to stay for. Our focus shifted from building great products to promoting the Oath brand which means nothing to no one. Aol has no idea what Yahoo was all about. Aol executives get away with things that would never have flown at Yahoo. It’s not getting better, it’s just getting to the point where it’s annoying to complain about things you know they won’t care to fix.
It’s no longer a tech company. There is no investment in tech anymore.
Defines shit show. Leadership is going 100 directions at once and so worried about integrations they they are losing focus on delivering quality product. It’s a mess. Don’t come here.
After Verizon acquisition AOL becomes Oath And Yahoo is dissolved
On a day to day basis? Nothing has changed. Med went up, but I think that’s mostly due to ACA. Snacks in the kitchen saw a minor improvement.
not mostly due to ACA. that would explain a premium increase. not a switch to an entirely different provider and price increase across the board for the same kind of plan
