Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft, Delta Lake, etc
I know a few folks from the AWS team that left for Snowflake. I don’t even know what Snowflake is, but if they lured away some high comp folks from AWS, they must be doing something right.
Oracle hired a boatload of AWS folks are they doing something right? No. In fact, they got shitter.
I remember hearing Snowflake was founded by some Oracle guys and then brought over some Microsoft guys. Also Google and Facebook people.
Snowflake is pretty dope. Redshift spectrum is a good option as well, although you do need to operate the AWS IAM system correctly...

Sounds like an ad for sure! But I've heard quite a lot of good things about Snowflake
S3 because you can store all your customers data, safely.
