I am reporting you for bad language
Depending on your skillset you might have a domain expertise interview.
Ar/vr is a huge org. You have to be more specific.
Mixed bag, opportunity and tech are cool, management is mixed, some great, some horrible. Lots of interesting experimentation is going on, and lots of good engineers. You can usually switch in bootcamp if you get a super bad vibe from the manager.
The thing is, I don’t have experience in AR/VR, i was supposed to interview for another team, passed phone screen, but position got filled
Nobody you can hire has experience in AR/VR, it's a new field. They are building platforms and APIs, that requires lots of known skills. Just because you didn't make a headset in your garage...
Depends on what area and location of AR/VR org
How does it compare between Seattle and CA?
