how screwed is dark trace?

So looks like most if the exec team were neck deep in the autonomy schemes that HP got suckered in to. FBI is poking its nose around some of their investors according to the newspapers. Any one have an idea if its just a good company with a bad past or a bad company repeating an old scam?
