What are you getting for $1200 in Indiana? Should be much cheaper for a 1 bd. If you need a 3 bd or something, it seems about right.
1 bedroom
Indians, it’s time to take back Indiana! To arms, bhai! Ps: Kinda expensive for 1BR as it seems to me from Bay Area.
Expensive for 1 bhk.
You can afford it, that being said, why? This place better be 6000sq ft
Think: is giving up 3/4 of your salary for an apartment a logical choice? Do some math man, try to save as much as you can on rent, that’s the only constant expense you’ll have, everything else is flexible. Having a high rent will make you miserable.
It’s about 3/10 of his salary not 3/4. Which is in the range of the general rule for rent being about 33% of your salary. Indiana clearly should have much cheaper options though, not sure why he’s going for something so expensive.
Ohh yeah sorry I misread it as 3200. Still seems rich for Indiana.
