it is pretty easy to check racist hiring practices related to Indian people. There are 350,755 Chinese international students enrolled in American universities in 2017, 186,267 Indian international students. Roughly 2:1, both groups are strongly motivated to study STEM and stay. So ideally, we should see 2:1 Chinese to Indian ratio among new college hires. Whoever hire significantly more or less Indians are racists, e.g. all executives and directors of those Indian consultant companies should be hanged publicly with brown KKK hats.
