Great response! Basically provides no insight.
That's a weird Q to ask on blind. And then on blind it's on open channels and not Apple's. Why OP?
Not weird. Probs you are weird
I am. That doesn't exclude the possibility of this post being weird.
You get paid on the actual spend, need a receipt for each item even if its $1. I feel it’s fair. I travel a lot to, Apple has very good travel policy which includes Business Class and Very good hotels. You will earn a ton of airlines/hotel points that you can use after marriage.
Check Corporate policy, coworkers, and with your direct approver. Hopefully you’ll get set amount - depending on reimbursement policy, especially international, certain locations difficult to get receipts every time/vending machines without receipts. Good luck
Apple’s travel policy is very good. Business Class for longer flights for all employees is generally the standard at larger companies. That perk is usually accompanied with expensed meals (vs per diem). My company’s travel policy sucks, Business Class for Senior Directors and above. Need to stroke their egos. You will be flying United though, read somewhere Apple was almost all their Bay Area business traffic.
I heard that it also depends on the org. Ask HR and your colleagues
Why does everything at Apple depend on org? According to Blind they ever have different compensation levels from org to org. So weird
