company I work for pays my medical obligations and salary late and demand me to work on several technologies the whole month. from coding and android app and ios refactoring and doing kubernetes configuration and coding microservices in golang and even design icons and do all shit. cannot move from the company because my visa has expired and cannot switch employees since I cannot sign documenta because my ID’s date has expired. just feel like running out of this place. because all my colleages are super toxic in the verbal communication. what you think? I dont have any friends to mention this to, this is why I shared this here.
That’s pretty sad, OP. I was in a similar situation a few years ago. I know how much it sucks. Are you getting any other visa any time soon? If not and you still want to stay in the US, you should start looking for remote jobs. Maybe in your home country. Good luck!
My sympathies. There are many in the us on h1 who have to go through this from time to time. Once someone finds himself in this situation, earliest escape is 2-3 months away.

Mine is about 8 months... right now looking a remote job to make my next move. It’s stressing mentally going to work everyday. All for 20% more salary I switched to this pain. I was happy and didn’t knew it.

There is a balance on work and payment. I don’t earn as I should do. I’m mostly certified on everything.

Intel, OP explained why they can’t quit. The company is obviously abusing them because they know he can’t quit due to visa issues. What other judgmental remarks do you have?

Why did your visa expire?
It expires because I’m becoming a permanent resident. I’m not in the states I live in Chile. From Venezuela.
