Horrible 'drink the Kool aid' culture and attempts to circumvent labour laws. Pay is pretty terrible if you're not unskilled laour, siloed approach to tech means very few Career advancement opportunities, on-call with no standby means you're at their beck and call with no compensation and when you do get called management nickle and dimes you. Only training you'll receive is Michelin specific to prevent ypu from gaining industry knowledge that could be used elsewhere. Management runs the organization like dictators and jobs/promotions go to family and friends. Free tires were cut back to 1 set every 2 years, which is basically useless.
