@meta start date vs. boot camp?
I’m expecting an offer pretty soon for @Meta in New York at E4. Trying to figure out a start date. Do they start Boot Camp every week of the year? Would they object to a start date in January if I agreed to an offer in November? Do they still do four weeks, with the “go to California“ thing on week two? Thanks! TC: unemployed

Boot camp got cancelled. Damn shame too bc I spent 3 months goofing off and getting paid back in the day
No bootcamps. You have to choose team before joining.
No bootcamp, but you still go to California on week 2. Start dates are every 2 weeks. You need to talk to your recruiter to figure out if they're fine with waiting a bit, but January should be fine.
That's a fun field trip
Some teams still seem to have training things but no formal boot camp like they used to have.
