Almost all companies sponsor visa. Except for small startups who don't have a full fledged HR/legal department as yet
They reject candidates when they ask que like Do you need work wisa for the job?
Nope. No self respecting company will do that (for Europe, US is different).
stackoverflow.com/jobs is the best place.. I was approached by many startups, I did select one and went to Europe.. but now I'm back to India.
Why did you come back if I may ask?
To stay close with the family.

Why doesn't OpenAI offshore and reduce expense by 80%
StackOverflow jobs has a tag whether company will sponsor visa or not.
All the companies don't use that.
