[HELP] OPT- H1B Visa Job Opportunities

Hello Fellow Good People! Compliments of the new year to you all. I'm here looking for help, suggestions, and ideas...My little brother moved to the USA and graduated with a degree in Physics and Math this past June. Unfortunately, due to covid, he's been struggling to find a role at a company that will sponsor his OPT-H1B Employment visa. Also, the last administration hasn't made it easy for companies to sponsor immigrant employees, so he's out of luck. He only has 40days left to find a job. It can be a paid role, internship, or he can volunteer his skills, and that will help him pause his unemployment clock until he finds an actual paid position. I'm here to ask for your help; if you know someone with a company looking for a business analyst, admin, or office help, please let me know. He's a smart kid, and he’s willing to do and learn anything. Any suggestions on consulting firms that work with people looking for roles that OPT/ H1B Visa employees, please let me know.
