[offer evaluation] - Walmart or Cisco CX , which one is the best for resume value in India?
I have offers from Walmart - 30L and Cisco - 33L My dream is to work for FAANG$MULA and I want to use this offer to open door for me to get interviewed there. I am 3-tier college pass out but good at programming + UI tech. Applied this time too but didn't hear back from recruiters. So which one among the two is best to add in resume, I am not really concerned about TC. I have one week to make the decision. Need help. #tech #offer #offer Location : India YOE: 5 yrs
Walmart has better tech and learnings out of the 2 Also, have you tried asking for referrals on blind, people here are always helpful and you can get calls that way And you can DM me for MS if needed
Yes got referred twice in MSFT, Salesforce, Amazon but didn't hear back. May be Bad luck .

If you want to retire happily and have very little aspirations then join Cisco. Cisco has a very old tech stack and awesome Wlb. If you are looking for career growth then go for Walmart. Will not recommend anyone to join Cisco.

When compared to Walmart, we suck. Everything here, including the people here is legacy. If you're interested to slow down in your career and you're looking for good wlb. Cisco it is.
