Donโt bet against Apple. Sales might have dropped, but thatโs probably just an anomaly. Is there another alternative Apple users are suddenly flocking to? No.
historically July earnings report is appleโs weakest quarter. They managed to reduce their opex reduced and I am puzzled how since they didnt even have layoffs and gave one of the largest contract to Messi Biggest issue is the 30x multiple. My prediction is iPhone 15 isnโt gonna break records but isnโt going to be a disappointment either. Non techies are seeing wage growth and they will upgrade. It does help that for most people in us apple smartphones are the only smartphones they have used and will continue to use. Long term, m1/m2 chips are solid. They can run ai workloads and llms, lvm are becoming smaller and faster. Soon you Siri will actually work and the photos app will do generations that remini or stability does. Outside of us things donโt look that great for apple. China isnโt recovering as original forecasts. India has some sort of ban where unless you can prove considerable assembly was done in India they wonโt let you sell.
I wouldn't buy AAPL unless 1) it dips significantly lower or 2) you don't have funds/ETFs that already have a ton of AAPL within them I'll start considering it at 170
