Maybe I can speak to some aspects - career/ Company: I joined in 2017, non-eng and left in 2019, less than 2 yrs; my time was still with Sig (founder); EM got sold early 2019 founder retired; massive layoffs done, I got out before that. No longer a public company since then. Got sold again this year, the CEO no longer there. Heard several layoffs had happened.. why I left? I did not make a successful internal transfer to another department - BA part of product - product/competitive advantage: I think they have great product the core LOS along with other APIs, I had been on it for 3 years, core system is on C#/VB.NET apis are on JavaScript still a lot to invent/explore; EM is an industry leader with majority of market shares of their products, but there are growing pains I would recommend you looking up Glassdoor reviews there’s a lot eng reviews. It really depends on where you are at your career and what you are looking for? Why leaving Dell? **at the time I joined 2017, they were top companies WLB, Glassdoor rating was 4+
