Google L4 vs Meta E4
Please vote! Need to make an urgent decision! Meta TC: 185/420/60K Google TC: still getting back with revised numbers. Initial offer was a lowball (284 TC). Two questions: 1) How much more can I push Meta? 2) Will G be able to match Meta? Things I care about: -Growth -Smart team -Good projects - Not too worried about WLB as no family YOE: 4.5

Google will not match Meta but maybe they can come close.
Ok thanks, with the front loading I also believe they can! But that implies I can only stay at G for 2 years.
Supposedly the yearly refreshers will bring up TC for years 3 and 4. Curious what the final offer will be!
