Tech companies to avoid as a white guy?
Too many companies put too much emphasis on standardized test style tech interviews and DEI. Which companies discriminate the most against white guys and should be avoided?
The most anti-DEI company is Elon musk’s X(Twitter). Just go there. You can complain about DEI to the CEO himself.
When company is full of white people - racist. When there is no white people in the company - non-racist. Coming to the office in Cali and seeing 95% asian. That’s true DEI. Considering USA majority is white.

DEI buzz is gone these days in most companies given this is an Employer’s market .They are now back to hiring whoever they want . If a talented colored person comes along , they will hire them , but they are not going out of their way to find and hire colored people.
