Which large tech companies you think will last 20+ years?
What is the morale inside the company (other than Sales and IT - they are heavily affected by the latest layoff)?
Confirmed. Just don’t know the extent. Juniper signed outsourcing agreement with IBM so IT is definitely going to take a hit. Also many reqs have been pulled.
Any link of confirmation?
Juniper outsource to IBM ? What a move. Loser outsource to a bigger loser
Wtf is juniper networks
How can you not know juniper?
How many?
70% of Juniper’s IT will become employees if IMB sometime in March. Guaranteed jobs and exact comp for 1 year from that date.
1yr + 2 weeks later is when RAs will begin.
If anyone needs referrals after getting laid off, happy to help here
Take over hasn't affected hiring? Assuming you are still in qualtrics
We're actually hiring more as a result. Sales have taken off.
I can refer in my company. Ping me
They don't need referrals if they have guaranteed employment at IBM for a year.
Bro I think a lot of them want to get out of IBM ASAP 😂
Aw, nostalgia - I got laid off from Juniper in 2001, got a great package and had a fantastic extended vacation. It was actually wonderful.
I’ve been waiting for my extended vacation from Microsoft for a very long time but it has eluded me so far. Maybe next recession.
Juniper was still a “great” company back in that era. RR and AA has really phucked it up big time.
Are the layoffs are impacting the DC networking or Security BUs ?
Neither
Is this confirmed news? I heard rumors that it would be on the 16th.
