Refinance using Loandepot/Quicken Loans
Has anyone tried using LoanDepot or quicken loans for refinancing their mortgage ? How was the expereince and are they legit ? Any pros and cons that we need to aware of ? #mortgage #housing
I did with loandepot a few years ago. Really no different than regular bank except they didn’t have a discount if you move funds to them. But at the time they offered me best rate. Process was exactly same
Both are legit but I have only used Loandepot couple times in past . They gave me good deal ..They will after a while sell your mortgage to a big institution..
That’s right they sold mine to BOA but didn’t matter to me
Thank you . When they sell to big institutions, do we have to do anything ? Like appraisal , closing etc or everything remains as is ?
