1 or 2 page resume?
Hi. I’m targeting BizOps roles at FAANG/ big Tech. Most likely will go for Associate level (L4 or L5). In total I have about 10 years of work experience. Should I go for 1 page or 2 page resume or does it not matter at all? Thank you!!!
One. Don't make people read through more than a one-pager.

You got 6 seconds to impress a recruiter, you want them to call you for the phone screen
With 10 YOE, a two page resume is fine. Make sure the important information is listed at the top of the first page.
No hard rules in my opinion and experience. I would recommend you not to write very small fonts that are difficult to read just for the sake of achieving 1 page resume. Prepare a high quality resume than one with certain page.
One page resume. This is coming from someone with 15 years experience. Your individual projects don't matter a lot. Resume is simply to highlight keywords.
