1.6 mil is about as cheap as SFHs get in BRK

Google imposter12 OP Mar 30

Plenty of SFH below 1.2M, especially if you want to put in work

What is wrong with the house. It has a 8K+ lot area, decent price.

Apple MrAllThat Apr 5

It is a piece of shit, like almost any house near a large city.

Adobe laVi3 Mar 30

It’s Education Hill near Meadow Park and the trail. It looks like it’s been updated inside. Inventory is low and it looks like there was probably a bidding war. Some tech people don’t want a yard because they don’t want to take care of it.

Amazon DFqO70 Mar 31

They just want to pay the high price and not really want to get the actual land. I guess they just feel good that they could afford a large amount even if it doesn’t get them anything.

Adobe laVi3 Mar 31

“It doesn’t get them anything”? Are you new to real estate? Lots of people will buy homes on smaller lots if the area is highly desired so the people buying OP’s listing will be able to resell and make money on the deal.

Remitly G4T0 Mar 30

Home Depot’s finest LVP, carpet and cabinetry. Top it off with the typical flipper “shitty pebble walkway and newly planted plants that will all be gone in a year” 🚨🚨🚨 I wonder if the previous owners found all the hidden faults

ByteDance fjbdk Mar 30

How dumb are you? It has 8250sq lot, and you call that a very small lot? Please let the rest of us know wtf are you smoking

Google imposter12 OP Mar 30

I said small yard.

How does this compare to Bellevue or Kirkland?

Expedia Group finerx12 Apr 5

probably about the same except downtown kirkland/DT Bellevue which might be a bit more (to a lot more) expensive

Angi IPou2V Apr 6

Bellevue is central and populated. Kirkland/Redmond can be seen as suburban. IMO
