I have passed the interview for #meta and I'm in the team marching phase. Any advice on questions to ask to the hiring managers I will talk to? That is, how to spot a team to avoid? TBH overall I am not very motivated to join Meta, I have done the interview to do a bit of practice, but I'm comfy in my current position, a bit boring but with good WLB, and not very keen on risking it for a few bucks more.
I don't think you'd have that much choice as the backlog of approved hires seems to be long.
How long did it take for you to get the results after onsite interviews?
Not much, about 10 days
Level at Amazon and Meta offer?
I'm L5 at Amazon, I still don't have the offer from Meta, I assume it will come when/if there is a team match
Hey OP, for what level did you interview? And what level did you eventually get?
Interviewed for IC5. I still haven't received the offer but I assume it will be for the same
Hi OP, how long did it take for your recruiter to get back to you after the team match interview?
