Ola vs zeta offer
I have offers from ola and zeta . Heard about ola bad work culture but are things looking up ? I heard ola has good stack and stuff. I was thinking of joining ola earlier due to name and stuff( i know its stupid) but thought it will be better for my resume. Ola - 39(90% fixed) + 2 jb Zeta - 39 fixed + 3 jb + 19 lac stock over 4 years.

Just No. Ola is trash compared to Zeta. There's a reason for that difference in rating.
I'm working in ola. Going to join Zeta. Won't recommend ola for now
Go with Zeta, Ola at this stage has gone crazy with its policies and most of the things are in maintenance or half done roll out for production which results in you getting to work on weekends and at nights too due to production issues.
