Cimpress vs Yellow vs GoJek
Hi, I got the following offers for SDE: 1. Yellow.ai - 21 LPA (all fixed) 2. Cimpress India - 23.5 LPA (all fixed) 3. GoJek (GoTo Financial) - 32.6 LPA (base) + 3.2 (joining bonus) + 6L (performance bonus) 4. Getir - 35 LPA (haven’t received offer but just got verbal confirmation) I’m looking for the following factors: 1. Decent WLB 2. Good yearly hikes (atleast around 15%) 3. Recognition. 4. Possibility for remote work (but not mandatory) My question: 1. How good is the performance bonus in gojek. Has anyone received the full amount? Share your thoughts on which company should I pick. I got offer from both Google and TCS, what should I join based on decent WLB, good yearly hikes, Recognition and possibility of remote work?

Google is offering TC of roughly 50 Lakhs and TCS is offering 3.6 Lakhs but I think TCS may have better WLB and also Sharma uncle is strongly asking me to consider TCS as it's very prestigious and his son is also working there, so I am little confused which one should I join.
