MBA roles in John Deere?
Recent MBA grad from a top tier b-school, with 4 YOE in farm equipment and automotive R&D. John Deere has always been my dream company to work for. Can’t find many mba roles online. Do you know what roles John Deere hires MBAs for (product management, strategy, finance,etc) and what’s the best way to find them. TC : $134k YOE : 4.5 #auto #manufacturing
From what I’ve seen Deere doesn’t necessarily target MBAs for mid-career hires. But there certainly are roles like Product Owners (product management), or Financial Analysts that could be a good fit. There are not many Strategy groups, and the few I know of have people with many years at the company. DM if you’re interested and I can send some openings.
