I live in eastern europe 1) Current work - 2 full time remote jobs(contractor at huge Oil company and startup). (1 job you work whole month without weekends, and get a 1 month off after that) , (2nd job is regular) . So basically, i work from 7 am to 9 pm whole month, and the other month i work from 12:30 pm to 9 pm. Each job separetely gives me $2,500 and combined gets me $5,000 a month. That means you gotta work hard 1 month, and 2nd month you gotta do only 1 job. 2) New job offer from big pharma company Johnson & Johnson, they offer me $3,000 but i have to go to office and they give me annual bonus + health insurance. Which one is better? At time it gets really hard to hold 2 job simultaneously, especially when meeting overlap. One of the companies already angry by me being late to meetings or declning them. Should i keep risking and getting $5,000 which can end at any time? Or it's better for me to choose a stable $3,000 a month from big pharma. Also i already know teams and bosses in those 2 full time jobs, but not sure how it turns out in pharma. What if there will be worse? And i get fired there and end up with no job at all.
