I don’t CTS will do layoffs. They were pretty conservative when hiring
They pay too low to lay off people
Don’t know if they will or not but they should. Way too many non-billable roles that are watering down the profit margins. They can start with any DEI staff.

If you do get laid off I happen to know that certain projects in the BFS Horizontal have active efforts to increase Cognizant Presence.
