Which companies in Canada are offering more than 250k Canadian dollars salaries for around 7 years of experience ?? In India , funded startups are actually able to match the highest salaries given by Amazon Uber etc What about the scene in Canada. TC: 40 LPA , Walmart India

Probably not many for 7 years of exp unless you are a principle engineer or director somewhere in a very large tech company .. Ps - taxes will be 50% or more so take home should be much much lower
This is not true. Your average tax rate will not hit 50%.
In Ontario you'd hit a 50% average tax rate at about 1MCAD. In BC the max marginal rate is 48% so you'd never hit an average tax rate of 50%
Principal engineer or SDE3 will get this in most bigger companies. For smaller companies principal engineer is around 200k so pretty sure bigger ones can pay senior folks even up to 300k With RRSP contributions you can reduce tax to around 34%.Tax is NOT 50% even without retirement contributions.
