Facebook phone interview

Had facebook phone interview , able to solve both questions successfully with efficient solution. Interviewer is happy but why reject then? Recruiter said committee said no onsite. Why ? Is that indication for hiring freeze @facebook

@trumpvirus If person solved 2 problems and the person who is interviewing is happy with solution. If you want more efficient solution then dont you think interviwed need to speak

I got one lc medium and passed. Did you communicate your thought process? Other than that, I feel it’s got some randomness in it.

Phone screens seem random to me. Failed a phone screen where I had solved a LC hard. I did struggle in the start in terms to sharing thought process but balanced real quick. They seem to be looking for perfeaction
