Is it common to ask EM I level for an on-call in Miro? Also I am curious if somebody received a permanent contract after 1 year? How is the company doing in General? Got an offer with a chunky stock options and curious if its gonna do IPO anytime soon

They used to give permanent contracts after one year but now they try to find any way not to do that most of the time. If they promise that to you, ask for it in writing.
