I have been preparing LC in my downtime after work. I am stuck at salary of 80k for past 3 years. I honestly think that I didn't not develop myself professionally in past 3 years. My 3 YoE does not really translate into anything. I am given stories each week and I just finish them all on time. No responsibility, no ownership. Very old .net stack.. I am trying to get a job in a good tech company but I know that I am not at that level to clear entry level positions let alone SDE2 level positions. I have 0 system design experience. I was thinking to apply for internship roles, and make an entry. Then learn how things work, and have experience working with absolutely smart people (Google, Apple, Linkedin, Meta, etc..). Hoping I can demonstrate my skills there as an intern and convert to a full timer. Right now my options are limited to applying some mid tier companies with no growth there either (Banking, Insurance, etc..) I am okay with being an intern right now if it develops my career. Thoughts on my thinking? #google #apple #meta #snap #uber #linkedin

How did this happen? (Meta Stock)
no need to be an intern. You can totally bad a full time. There are a lot of resources to learn system design.
Most big companies require you to be in school to intern.
