4 amazon internal teams offer
i have 4 offers from internal teams at Amazon but none wants to negotiate. They all are saying its a lateral hire and compensation wouldn’t increase. what should i do ?

Afaik, no company gives raise on lateral transfers, unless you are moving to a different country all together.
I interviewed up a level internally and got promoted as part of the move.

That's policy; no salary adjustment unless change in job title/job family or change in location (meaning if location is international or if going to higher cost market like SF). If you're all about trying to get more money, you have to look externally. Then you can bring that offer on the table and leadership can dive and save to increase current comp, or they don't and you leave. Otherwise, nothing you can do
Yep, policy. You can try to ask your potential future boss for a guaranteed off cycle adjustment soon after joining their team...but that would be pushing it.
