I just finished this book. Is the business model outlined in it still relevant? It seems like everyone's already abused it and subsequently raised the ad prices through competition such that it's no longer anywhere near as profitable as it used to be. Did anyone do it in the past? Is anyone doing it now?

I read that the author is an insanely hard worker that puts in more like 60 hrs per week
