4 panel interview w/@citi
Had my first interview with @citi but don't understand why I have 3 more as a panel interview if I'm not sure how the 1st round went. I don't think I aced my 1st but I still have 3 scheduled. Has anyone had that? What should I expect for the other rounds?#interview #citibank #risk #bank
Different teams have different processes. I probably interviewed for 10ish positions for an internal transfer. Some were HR to hiring manager to team members. Some were HR to panel, to hiring manager. I wouldn’t read into it too much, but if the interview process is progressing, you’re doing fine. People will not take time out of there busy days to attend a call they’re not needed on, nonetheless an interview if they do not see a potential match with the candidate.
That sounds about on par with what I had when I applied for the summer analyst program. 2x HR 1x technical 1x panel case study but I imagine the process is different for FTE
