401k networth
At the age of 35 and currently have 350k in 401k. Is that good or average? Been contributing 18k a year since 2009.
I’d say that’s good. Do check you net position vs value to know the actual returns (if your brokerage has that option to show it) What about cash and other investments?

Have few other real estate properties but the price is not going up except for 1 bought in 2011. Just renting out and breaking even on the mortgage. TC 150k Oregon

I would split your investments between 3-4 different funds for diversity. Otherwise, great job. Impressive.
