Received an offer from fico as devops engineer. They only offered 120k ish base and I am surprised there is no RSU component. It’s very low compared with what I am currently making. Can anyone share what’s the company culture and how much can I ask ?
They don’t make that much money and their profit per employee is not high . So why would they offer you high pay

CloudTrust Feb 10Negotiate for higher pay and RSU … if you sure did well in the interview and you have the relevant experience, you will get it. Their stock is blowing up and they offer very competitive pay with great WLB
