I am about to join Chubb(Senior Engineer) in 20 days and I got to know that Chubb is hiring many these days. Among these layoffs, do you think it's the time to join Chubb? I am on H1b visa.#layoff #chubb #h1b. Shall I join it or not, please help. Also, please provide feedback about the company.
It’s probably still better than contracting at Accenture, right?
might be. I am little skepetical due to these layoffs otherwise I wouldn't have second thoughts. Also I am FTE with Accenture not working as contract.
Working remote or hybrid?
Location?
You shouldn’t worry about layoffs. Chubb is doing really well, and actually not having enough engineers. There’s no layoffs and wlb is great
I am a junior engineer at Chubb. They are still hiring more engineers. Very stable and won’t lay off anyone for sure. They are very profitable company.
New tc?

Take it. Much better than 🥜 at Accenture. May be negotiate some sign on?
