Negotiate hire rank, But Failed?! What can I do next?

Talked with the hiring manager to ask for a higher hire rank, but the manager vetoed all my arguments, and even made some untruthful statements. What can I do? Specifically, my arguments are(I did not provide arguments in this details of course) 1) Levels.fyi info, Senior Staff at Qual, Intel --> PMTS @ A*D, TC of senior staff at Q and Intel is roughly comparable to TC of PMTS at A*D. A few close friends of mine worked at G with less experience at L4, or L5, with roughly equivalent or slightly less experience at L6, a few friends at Meta with equivalent experience at E6. 2) Friends and a few people I know joined as PMTS with a previous Senior Staff title from Q, junior coworkers from same lab with significant less experience, title, and academic degrees joined A*D two years ago at the level they are offering me today 3) A few dozens of Linkedin profiles shows PMTS @ A*D when they get the rank generally have similar year of experience to mine, if not less. The SMTS generally have less experience and education background than mine. 4) My current compensation level is roughly comparable to the PMTS offers reported online. The manager response are: 1) the levels between different companies not comparable 2) I do not care too much about years of experience. Then he gave an example of him having a very short experience, but he helped grow a team from a few people to more than a dozen people in 3 years, and he get a fellow position 3) PMTS is very high at A*D, above that is Fellow, and then CTO. PMTS @A*D is similar to other companies' principle or fellow. 4) the COL at Austin, TX is much lower than California, especially the housing price of CA is many times more. thus TC at Austin should be much lower 5) if the compensation package HR offered cannot beat my current or equivalent from Q or Intel, he would ask HR to review A*D compensation system. What can I do if I want to pursue this opportunity further?

Current TC 325K. Senior staff After PhD 12 yr experience,10yr in directly related industry, before PhD, has a master degree, and 3 yr industry experience in foreign country I think I did well with interview. The recruiter reached out less than 24hr after interview to inform they would make an offer.

So my data point is I have 12yoe w bachelor only - got ~310k tc in Austin w/ SMTS. It seem you have the relevant yoe to get PMTS - do you have experience leading projects and providing direction? You could always wait for the offer (which I would imagine would be near your current tc) then ask for $xx which might make them have to give you PMTS if they want to continue
