How do people do this? I’d have to work 2 jobs to get this.
Levels.fyi shows Dropbox senior level TCs are 500+
At year 14 now, guessing it’ll be year 18 when I get there (non-tech, spent a decade in the NGO sector before coming to Google).
How did you move from ngo to Google?
Google actually hires lots of people each year from the NGO / public sectors. In my case, they happened to have a role open in the functional area where I have expertise. Applied, studied / practiced like crazy for the interviews, and fortunately made it through. The professional experience has been great so far, and the upgrade in comp has been life-changing for me and my family.
