Not managing a team Non-tech role and I live in a non-premium city (not SF or NYC). Levels. fyi isnt helpful for nontech, so any info on how levels work is greatly appreciated! (eg what’s equal to Uber L6?)
Remote is worth 100k easy.
I just left Google for another FAANG but almost joined Airbnb. I was so impressed with everyone I met in the airbnb loop, I loved the company culture and the sense I got of the work environment and general atmosphere. I think Google’s the safer bet for sure, but airbnb is still solid. The abb offer was extremely competitive, the remote policy allows for digital nomading in a way that no other company I’m interested in does… truly amazing. You’re in a good position OP, can’t go wrong with either choice. Congrats!!

Uber L6 definitely gonna beat both of these. But I would go with Airbnb of remote is your main ask.
