How's Anduril Industries?

Anduril looks interesting, how's the job for an SWE? How's the comp and RTO situation? Are they going to IPO anytime soon? TC 300k

I heard its terrible from people who work there. Sounds bureaucratic, and just a not a fun place to work. Also ipo seems distant, but i guess what ipo isnt in this economy

Love working here. company hiring close to 1000 more people this year to keep up with demand and growth opportunities. IPO I’ve heard 3-5 years away but who knows.

Pretty much all on-site. I'd call it flexible, but don't plan to be remote all the time.

Google is hyper bureaucratic, it is hard to imagine Anduril is anywhere near as bad.
