TC at Amazon: ~23.3L ( 17L base+ 6.3L(1st yr bonus) +5L(2nd yr bonus)+( 0+1+3+3 stock units for four yrs )) TC at Sharechat: ~32L ( 25L base +10% perf bonus+ 25L ESOPs equally vested for 4 yrs ) Anyone working at ShareChat, how has the ESOPs appreciated? Also, how can I sell them if I want to? I understand that it might take at least 6-10 yrs for ESOPs to convert to profitable cash. Amazon's stock appreciation is one of the best now. Workload at ShareChat will be definitely high but I've heard similar stories about Amazon too. Folks working at Indian startups, is ShareChat a good deal? How's the engineering and office culture at ShareChat? Also, in 1-2 yrs, if I get promoted to SDE2 at Amazon, my TC will be increased to ~32L. I'm not sure how the salary hikes at ShareChat will be. Go for ShareChat. Interview with Amazon/Uber/Microsoft/Atlassian after an year for SDE-2. But if you're in a good team at Amazon then you can go for it, do you know the team in which you're going to join?
Which team OP? Always consider startup stocks as zero. But irrespective of TC, work, tech stack and domain matters at this stage

I'm not sure if I'll have time to prepare for Amazon SDE 2 interview in 6 months while working at ShareChat. SDE 2 will expect system design and all those stuff
